Information considering users of a single Neuromarts community may be handed over to the client who has founded that community or to the community administrators appointed by that client.

The information is stored on computers. The access to the information is restricted with passwords and physical access to the computers is restricted by the server hosting company.

If Neuromarts+ or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event we retire our business or enter bankruptcy, it is standard user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
